50-260 50-296 BROWNS FERRY NUCLEAR PLANT - UNITS 1, 2, AND 3 - UPDATE OF PHYSICAL SECURITY / CONTINGENCY PLAN (PSP /CP), REVISION 03, DATED MAY 13, 1996 Pursuant to 10 CFR 50.54(p), TVA has enclosed a revision to the subject PSP /CP.
TVA has determined that these changes do not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the plan and prior NRC approval is not required.
Further, TVA has enclosed instructions for updating Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) copies six through eleven.
l Revision 03 deletes Appendix C, Physical Security Upgrade Project, which has been completed.
This letter and the enclosed information are being sent by certified mail.
