l The unit was taken off line at 2307 on September 25, for the cycle 11-12 j

refueling outage.

i There were no other unit shutdowns or major power reductions during the-month j

of September.

i The following major safety-related maintenanco was performed during toe month 1.

Miscellaneous corrective and prevcntiv+ maintenance was performed

on the diesel generators.

At 0000 on Sept-Jer 19, reactor power was reduced to 15 percent for steam generator. chemical contaminate flushing. The-unit returned to 100 percent i

power on September 21 at 2110.

There were no unit shutdowns during the month September.
