As required by 10 CFR 50 Appendix E Part V and 10 CFR 50.4(b)(5)(ii)d 165.
the following FCS RERP changes arc provided for NRC copies 154, 155, 156, an ILEMOVE SECTION INSERT SELTl0B RERn Index, issued 5/2/92 RERP Index, issued 9/11/92 Summary of RERP changes:
" Table of Contents" was deleted from the heading of the Index.
Also, as required by 10 CFR 50 Appendix E Part V and 10 CFR 50.4(b)(5)(iii), the following FCS EPIP changes are provided for NRC copies 154, 155, 156, and 165.
REMOVE SECTION INSERT SECTION EPIP Index, issued 8/5/92 EPIP Index, issued 9/17/92 FC-EPF Forms Index, issued 5/21/92 FC-EPF Forms Index, issued 9/17/92 Summary of EPIP chances:
The "EPIP" abbreviation was added to the heading. The heading, " Emergency Plan Forms", was changed to " Emergency Plan Forms Index."
