Personnel Change Gentlemen:
In accordance with OSTR Technical Specification 0.7.c.3, wo are reporting a change in
.acility personnel. As of November 1,1992, Dr. W. L. Schroeder, currently associate dean of the College of Engineering at Oregon Stato University, will replaco Dr. L. E. Coate as vice president for Financo and Administration. The director of the OSU Radiation Contor reports to the vice president for Finance and Admir.istration as shown in OSTR Technical Specification 6.1.b.
Dr. fchroeder's appointment is currently as interim vice president pending an expected national search to refill the position. Because of Dr. Schroeder's current position in the ,
Colbge of Engincoring, he is very familiar with the Radiation Centor's operation and we therefore expect a very smooth transition betweer Dr. Coato and Dr. Schroeder.- At such time as the position is filled on a permanent basis, wo will submit the name of the new individual.
