APPLICATION FOR AMENDMENT TO OPERAT. LNG LICENSE Purnuant to Section 50.90 of the regulations of the-U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission, Duquesne Light Company hereby requests that the technical specifications set forth in Appendix A to this license be amended to -reviso - the Limiting Condition For Operation 3.7.1.2 titled " Auxiliary Feedwater System" and associated Basos.
The proposed technical specification change-is set forth in-Attachment A
to _this application.
A-safety analysis and no significant hazard-evaluatien is set forth in Attachment B.
-Typed replacement pages-for the technical-specification are included in Attachment C.
Based on the guidanco provided by the Commission, the proposed changes have been determined to involve no significant hazards consideration in-accordance with 10-CFR 50.92.
WHEREFORE, Applicant' respectfully requests that Appendix.A to the operating license be-amended in the form attached hereto as Attachment A.
