which _is currently pending, to inspect the No. 1 diesel generator building at the Beaver Valley Power Station Unit No.

Husband-plaintiff allegedly suffered injuries and other damages on September 8,
1989, when he entered thc. diesel generator building at the Beaver Valley Fower Station Unit No. 1 while certain cleaning operations were being conducted.
He claims that he was saturated with and inhaled diesel and/or other chemical fumes and spray.
By order dated September 18, 1992, a copy of which is attached, Duquesne Light Company has been ordered to arrange for permission for the Plaintiffs and Plaintiffs' counsel and other parties to inspect the site which is the subject of his litigation.

- Duquesne Light Company also requests permission to have Duquesne Light Company personnel photograph certain features -of the diesel generator building, including its exterior and interior, excluding safeguards information from the photographs.
Time is of the essence'since sanctions may be imposed against Duquesne Light Company.
Sanctions may include the J.mposition of liability on Duquesne Light Company in this litigation.
Therefore, I recpectfully request that a response to thiri letter be issued on or before October 30, 1992.
