This revision is submitted under the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54(p).
Details of the change are defined in the enclosed pages and summary of revision. This information was discussed in a telecon between W C Region II representative Orysia Masnyk and Corporate Security representative Ron Garrison on September 16, 1992.
This resubmittal of revision 20 is being provided to clarify concerr.s expressed by Ms. Masnyk regarding th? original submittal of revision 20.
Please destroy the initial copy of revision 20 which was sent on August 18, 1992, and replace it with the enclos d copy of' revision 20.
This letter and the enclosed information are bei.io sent by registered mail.
The signed teceipt signifies that you have received this infor.mation and acknowledge that it contains safeguards material and should be withhold froa public disclosure as defined by 10 CFR 73.21.
