This revision is being submitted under the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54(p).
The information contained in thie revision was discussed in an informal meeting with NRC Region II representatives, Corporate Security, and Site Security on September 2, 1992.
This Supplement I to Revision 29 provides the clarifications requested by NRC and includes information on the complete security upgrade project rather than just Phase I.
This letter and the enclosed information are being sent by registered mail. The signed receipt will signify that you have received this informatien and acknowledge that it contains safeguards material and should be withheld from public disclosure as defined by 10 CFR 73.21.
This receipt will also be verification to TVA thac NRC's copies of the plan have been updated and the superseded material has been destroyed.
