This report _is being submitted in accordance with SQN Technical Specification (TS) 6.9.1.8.
Enclosure 1 contains SQN's SRERR. Enclosure 2 provides an entire copy of SQN's Offsite Dose Calculation Manual (0DCM) through Revisions 27 (including Revision 26). These ODCM revisions occurred during this 1992 seminnnual reporting period and are being provided in accordance with SQN TS 6.14.
