1.
R. Fortuna who is recorded as giving the telephone concurrence for ne on March 8 works for the Office of Investigations and cannot concur for me or this office. Please correct this on the official concurrence copy.
2.
Fred Herr, acting for ne on March 8, was not aware of the March 8 concurrence or the March 12 response which ocmmits OIA to a report in one nonth.
3.
While your letter nuntions OIA and cxxtmits OIA, OIA was not on distribution of your March 12 letter to Billie Garde which was carbon copied to (bngressnan Edward Markey.
I will try to meet the one nonth ccumitnent for issuing our Investim+ 4= nanort on the Yent case.
