Dear sir,
This request is made under the federal Freedom of Information act, 5 U.S.C.
552. Please send me copies of:
Process control plan for radioactive waste for Grand Gulf Unit 1.
FSAR sections dealing with radioactive waste disposal for Grand Gulf Unit 1.
Any changes in the Grand Gulf Unit 1 technical specifications for its radioactive waste handling and disposal system, and any documents, letters, memoranda, etc. explaining those changes.
Copies of contracts signed by the owners or operators of Grand Gulf Unit 1 for waste solidification or disposal by outside contractors.
I understand there are agreements with two such companies.
Copies of process control plan for radioactive waste at Grand Gulf Unit 1 for those vendors.
All documents, memoranda, letters, etc.,
concerning modifications of the radioactive waste handling and disposal system at Grand Gulf, including the 50.59 review of the modification work.
Copies of any permits for liquid or solid radioactive waste discharges from Grand Gulf Unit 1.
Also any documents, memoranda, letters, etc.,
concerning violations or deviations from those permits.
Copies of original and revised training and qualifications procedures for radioactive waste operators at Grand Gulf, and any documents, memoranda, letters, etc., concerning the adequacy of those procedures.
