4 FITNESS FOR DUTY PROGRAM StqtMARY:_
During this reporting period, approximately 51.2 percent of the population have been randomly tested. The rate of positives from random testing is 0.33 percent.
POSITIVE RESULTS:
One sample yielded ' positive results for marijuana.
This sample was not above the cut-off level established by the NRC, but exceeded the company criteria. _ Thc other sample was positive for alcohol at the NRC established cut off level.
All tests of' licensee employees were negative
-MANAGEMENT ACTIONS.
-The individuals that tested positive during random testing had their access removed. Management was notified and their files were annotated of the positive-results and management's actions, Of the' employees previously enrolled in follow-up testing, one individual terminated their employment and-one individual completed their program.
ThreeLindividuals are still enrolled in follow up testing programs.
During this. reporting-period, nine tests have been administered collectively to these employees. All results have been negative.
