15.1, Rev. 1 (Change Sheet No. 5). An additional copy is enclosed for your convenience. This procedure is used to effect corrective action for noncompliances identified during AEPSC participation in emergency response exercises associated with the Donald C. Cook Nuclear Plant.
This document has been prepared following Corporate procedures which incorporate a reasonable set of controls to insure its adequacy and completeness prior to signature by the undersigned.
