This request is made under the federal Freedom of Information Act, 5 U.S.C. 552.
Please send us copies of the transcripts of all Nuclear Regulatory Comission meetings held since Jan. 26, 1984 that were closed to the media and the public and at which comission members discussed the restart of Unit 1 of the Three Mile Island nuclear power plant near Middletown, Pa.
Please also send us copies of all documents, reports, orders and memoranda of the comission and the staff which are the subject of review and discussion at all ;:losed-door meetings on the same topic since Oct. 1, 1981 and continuing to the present.
As you know, the FOI Act provides that if portions of a document are exempt from release, the remainder must be segregated and disclosed. We reserve the right to aopeal your decision to withhold any materials.
