Hope Creek Generating Station Docket 110. 50-354 Licenso Chango Request LCR 91-13 Senior Reactor Operator License (SRO) Requirement for Operations Manager By letter dated Juno 4, 1992, Public Service Electric and Gas Company (PSE&G) submitted the subject licence change request to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC). The Technical Specifications currently require the Operations Manager to hold a senior reactor operator (SRO) license. The proposed change wc.uld require the operations Manager to oither hold a SRO license or to have held a SRO licenso on a similar unit (BWR).
The Now Jersey Department of Environmental Protection and Energy's-Bureau of Nuclear Eng.incering (BNE) reviewed the above amendment-in accordance with the requirements of 10CFR50.91(b).
Based on this review, BNE does not have any comments on the proposed chango request.
