SUBJECT:

Revision to the University of Missouri Research Reactor Physical Security Plan pursuant to 10 CFR 50.54(p)(2).

Dear Sir:

Enclosed are revised pages to the University of Missouri Research Reactor Physical Security Plan. The changes do not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the plan. We are submitting the changes pursuant to 10 CFR 50.54(p)(2) and 10 CFR 50.4(b)(4)(ill).

Pursuant to 10 CFR Part 2.790(d), we request that the enclosure be withheld from public disclosure as it has been classified as SAFEGUARDS INFORMATION as per 10 CFR 73.21(b)(1). No person may have access to Safeguards Information unless the person has an established "need to know" for this information and is authorized per 10 CFR 73.21(c).
