On.12/9/84 R.L. Anthony /F0E submitted a motion to LB to include Valley Force National Park in the Limerick EPZ and emer.gency eveduation planning as o consequence of new inform tion supplied by Chief Ranger T.J.Fewlass in testi-a many bef ore LB en 12/5/84. LB denied our motion C Tr. 17,506 23-25 Mr. Fewlass testified that vart of the Park is within the 10 mile radius had and that he supplied m ys to PEMA te prove this and that PrV8 had revisdd its a
rays b~ut had not notified the Pa1.4es.
We asseft that this prejudiced our pre-paretion of our centention en the safety of visitors in the Park and all the Partier' consideration of the adequacy of emergency planning in case of a nuclear cmergency at Limerick.
We ascert that Valley Force National Park as a governanntal entity with the responsibility for the safety of thousandr of visitors,with part of its area cithin the 10 mile zone,should have been given the eheice to be included in cmergency planning in aseerdance with NRC regtlations.
