.I am writing this letter to confirm our telephone conversa-tion of January 18, 1985, with Judge Miller, Judge Morris and.
Judge $ chink and myself.
In that conversation, we agreed that the Intervanor will respond to the Applicants'. Motion for Sanc-
'tions and.wil1 provide additional information to further supple-ment the Intervanor's response to the Applicants' Preliminavy and First Set of Interrogatories by noon on Tuesday, January 22, 1985.

We further agreed that the Intervenor will respond to the Applicants' Second Set of Interrogatories by January 30, 1985, which is two weeks from the Intervenor's receipt of these inter-rogatories.
The Board also clarified that all discovery must be completed by January 31,.1985, even if a party does not have a full two weeks to respond to interrogatories.
