Cooper Nuclear Station Safeguards Plan; Report of Change-Revision Number Six This change is written in response to Mr. E. H. Johnson's [[letter::05000298/LER-1984-011, :on 840828,HPCI Overspeed Trip Control Valve Diaphragm Failed.Caused by Problem W/Procurement of Valve Diaphragms for Subj Control Valve Application. Preventative Maint Instituted|letter dated October 31, 1984]].
During our review of the concerns regarding the completeness of the March 14, 1984 change to the Cooper Nuclear Station Safeguards Plan, we noted an oversight and concur with your findings that applicable portions of the Safeguards Plan were not cross-referenced appropriately.
Accordingly, Nebraska Public Power District is submitting, in accordance with the provisions of 10CFR Part 50.54(p), a Report of Change to the Cooper Nuclear Station Safeguards Plan, Revision Five.
Upon incorporation of this change, the current Safeguards Plan becomes Revision Six.
We believe, the enclosed changes do not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the plan.
The material enclosed herewith contains Safeguards Information as defined by 10CFR Part 73.21 and its disclosure to unauthorized individuals is prohibited.
Therefore, we request the material, with the exception of the cover letter, to be withheld from public disclosure.
