i On Marchh1993 i raised several safety issues with the NRC while working at Calvert Cliffs Nuclear Power Plant in Maryland. These issues were investigated and were
-j determined to be foundec' I left Calvert Cliffs at the end of their refueling outage in May l
of 1993 with nothing saed. My position there was as a contract inspedor, hired just for the duration of the outage. I was offer a job to retum to Calvptt Cliffs to perform inspection work at their refueling outage beginning in March 1996 by Nuclear Energy l
Servjces. NES is a contracted inspection company hired by the utility to support their inspection work during the refueling outage. I was offer this job last Saturday, yesterday I i
was informed by NES they woulo not be able to use me dunng the refueling outage, due to the far-t I was not eloble for badoino. I asked what does this mean thov didn't know l

l They gave me the phone # I called the individual and he informed me while I was at the l
plant the last time, i Falsified documentat>on, documented doing inspection and didn't do j
them, didn't get along with my coworkers, falsified my time sheets. Of course this is the

biggest grdup of lies ever put together. I have reported this to the NRC under the l
whistle blower clause. But I will tell you nght now the NRC does about ZIP when rt comes to these cases.
I The most interesting part of this since Calvert Cliff, I have worked at 12 other Nuclear Power Plant, and af what their saying is true. What about the work l performed at thesa other NUCLEAR POWER PLANT.

COMPENSATION PACKAGE for Temporary Assignment to Perform ISI inspection at
' CALVERT CLIFFS NUCLEAR POWER PLANT NAME:

MT PT. UT. VT Houriv Rate Straight Time - $20.00 per hour.
Overtime - 1.5 x straight time hourfy rate for all time worked over forty (40) hours per week.
HQJfg NES will provide 24 hour2.777778e-4 days <br />0.00667 hours <br />3.968254e-5 weeks <br />9.132e-6 months <br /> coverage to BG&E. There will be a night shift. NES does not pay night shift differential.
Per Diem Per diam wi!! be paid at rate of $70.00 per day,7 days per week to cover all expenses while on assignment. Note: Per Diem is prorated over the first forty (40) hours. You must work a forty hour week to recieve full per diem.
a Travel Mobilization to and demobilization from the site will be reimbursed at the rate of $150.00, olus eight (8) hours travel (straight time) each way.
i Site Access Failure to pass all site access requirements, including security I
background investigation, drug screening, Health Physics training, GET training, medical exam or certification tests will result in the termination of an otfer of employment. NOTE: It is the employee's responsibility to provide all radiation exposure history records required by the utility.
If badging is delayed pending collection / retrieval of required radiation exposure records, you may not be paid hours and/or per diem for this period. It is the employee's responsibility to bring with them all respirator glasses and safety glasses.
Ce<1ifiention Time spent for NDE training and/or certirication will not be reimbursed.
Oito aposuric training perrormod un ailo (i.e. Iloalu1 Physics, OCT, etc )
shall be reimbursed by the client.
Benefits FICA, FUTA, SUTA and Workmen's Compensation will be provided. No others are applicable.
IMPORTANT lt le the employee's responsibility to ensure that the " hours worked" limitations are not exceeded (ie: 16 hrs in a 24 hr period,24 hrs in a 48 hr period, or 72 hrs in 7 days). Failure to abide by these limitations will result in immediate termination of employment.
Tardiness will not be tolerated. The first two occurances will result in a warning, the third will result in termination of empicyment.
