Georgia Ibwer Conpany (GPC) has examined the circumstances mrroundirx3 a security infraction at Plant Hatch on April 4,1984, described in I&E Report 84-12 dated June 7, 1984.
'Ite incident was the mbject of an enforcement conference at the Region II offices on April 16, 1984.
Attached is a written response as reglested by the letter of transmittal of the inspection report.
