This is in reference to your letter dated April 1, 2020, providing the Radioisotopes Powered Cardiac Pacemaker Program Technical Memorandum Report LI on the Status of the Clinical Studies of the Nuclear Pacemaker Model NU-5 from the ARCO Medical Products Company, A Subsidiary of the Atlantic Richfield, dated February 29, 2020, in accordance with License Condition No. 12 of NRC License No. SNM-1993. We have reviewed the report and found it to meet the requirements. No further correspondence on this matter is required.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.390 of the NRCs Rules of Practice, a copy of this letter and its enclosure will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room or from the NRCs document system (ADAMS).
