As we have done in the past, we are asking you to assist us with this process by providing an updated letter of agreanent frm your organization.
I have attached a copy of the existing letter of agreement for your convenience. Please review the letter and make any corrections that you feel would be appropriate.
To coincide with the updating of our plan, I would appreciate receiving the updated letter by the first of May.
