Dear Sir:
Transmitted herewith in accordance with Section 50.54(p) of the Commission's Regulations are five copies of Revisions to the Safeguards Contingency Plan for Limerick Generating Station consisting of the page changes dated March, 1985, and listed on the attachment to this letter. 'Ihe Revisions reflect changes to the Plan resulting from discussions with and inspections by the NRC Staff and will not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the Physical Security Plan.
In accordance with Sections 2.790 and 73.21 of the Commission's Regulations, it is hereby requested that the enclosed Revisions to the Safeguards Contingency be withheld from public disclosure. An affidavit in support of this request is attached hereto.

He is Vice President of Philadelphia Electric Company, Licensee under Facility Operating License NPF-27 for Limerick Generating Station, Unit 1 and is authorized to execute this affidavit; 2.
He has reviewed revised pages of the~ Safeguards Contingency Plan for-
' Limerick Generating Station dated March, 1985 (hereinafter the " Revisions")
.and knows the contents thereof. He Revisions will not reduce the safeguards
' effectiveness of the Safeguards Contingency Plan; 3.
We Revisions which are sought to be withheld from public disclosure contain details' relating to the physical security plans for Limerick
