HCGS SER OPEN ITEM 14 PLANT SPECIFIC TECHNICAL GUIDELINE FOR THE PREPARATION OF EMERGENCY OPERATING PROCEDURES HOPE CREEK GENERATING STATION DOCKET NO. 50-354 Enclosed, for NRC review, please find the Plant Specific Technical Guideline (P-STG) for Hope Creek Generating Station (HCGS).
The enclosed P-STG is to be used as the basis for developing emergency operating procedures for HCGS, and is itself based on the BWR Owners' Group Emergency Procedures Guideline (BWROG-EPG).
Per discussions between Public Service. Electric and Gas Company personnel and the NRC staff, all deviations from the BWROG-EPG are identified in the enclosure, and justification is provided for each deviation.
This submittal supplements the Procedures Generation Package (PGP) transmitted to the NRC on January 28, 1985, in response to SER Open Item 14.
The P-STG is complete with the exception of, (1) Caution 6 -
drywell temperature effects on reactor pressure vessel level, and (2) Reactor Building Control Guidelin Tables 1-4.
The P-STG will be updated by June 1985 to address these items.
