Plan, Revision 36. This attachment includes a description of, and justification for, the j
changes included in Revision 36 and the revised pages to be entered into the Plan.
Consumers Power Company has determined that the changes contained in Revision 36 do not degrade the overall safeguards effectiveness of the Palisades Security Plan.
Therefore, this revision is submitted under the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54(p)(2).
The information contained in the enclosed documents has been classified as safeguards information. Therefore, Consumers Power Company requests that the attachment to this letter be withheld from public discio ure in accordance with 10 CFR 73.21(c).
