By copy of this letter, we inform your office that Permutit Company has fulfilled responsibilities as required by Part 21 of Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations (10 CFR 21).
As the attached letter shows, we have notified the purchaser, Stone & Webster Engineering Corp., that an evaluation of subject discrepant material is required and that Permutit Company is to be notified of disposition.

Enclosed please find a copy of a 2/15/84 letter from Mr. D. L. Kale, Q.A. Manager of G&W-Bonney Forge in regards to material supplied to Permutit Company and subsequently supplied to Stone & Webster, which does not meet the require-ments of NCA 3967.4(e)(2).
This letter from G&W-Bonney Forge is in reference to a 6-1/2" thermowell supplied to Stone & Webster and identified:
