Please find attached, pursuant to McGuire Technical Specification 6.9.1.9, a revision to tle Core Operating Limits Report for McGuire Unit 2 Cycle 11. The purpose of this revision is to update the minimum contained borated water level indication for LCO 3.1.2.5a and 3.1.2.6a. to remove the portion of the note included on the control rod insertion limits curve (3/4.1.3.6) pertaining to turbine limited penalties, and to redefine F"" to include bumup effects (3/4.2.2).
