Dear Mr. Keppler:

The following information is provided to complete our response to I.E.Bulletin 83-07 and Supplements 1 and 2 describing apparantly fraudulent products sold by Ray Miller, Inc.

By letter of March 16, 1984 (PY-CEI/01E-0006L), the NRC was informed of the actions PNPP had taken to date, and that we were continuing our investigative effort to determine whether any Ray Miller Inc. products had been received at PNPP for use in safety-related applications.

We have now received responses from all contacted vendors on both our Qualified Bidders List and the I.E. Bulletin listings.

These vendors have provided information on the uses of Ray Miller Inc. Products supplied to them. These responses indicate that PNPP has not recieved any additional Ray Miller Inc.

products other than the single non-safety. application noted in the March letter.

We are confident that we have not received any products from Ray Miller Inc.

for use in safety-related applications. This concludes our investigation into I.E.Bulletin 83-07 and Supplements 1 and 2.
