Dear Mr. Felton:
Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, 5 USC 552, as amended, and the provisions of 10 CFR Part 9, the undersigned hereby requests the following:
1.
the names of all members of the working group variously known as the containment capacity, capability, or leakage group, which serves as an adjunct to the Severe Accident Source Term Program; 2.
the dates and locations of all meetings held by or with said group; 3.
any transcripts, notes, minutes, or other recordinEs or recollections of any such meetings of said group; 4.
any papers, presentations, reports, conclusions, recommendations, or other document concerning the capability, capacity, failure, leakage, or other response or characteristic of the BWR Mark III containment design or concerning hydrogen combustion in any contaimnent desi n.
6 I request that 75% of the fees for the search and production of these documents be waived, as they concern Issue #8, on hydrogen control, in the Perry OL proceeding.
I agree to accept the remaining 25%.
