In accordance with 10 CFR 50.55a(g)(5)(iv), the Nebraska Public Power District (District) hereby submits Amendment 4.1 to the Cooper Nuclear Station (CNS) Second Ten-year Interval Inservice Inspection (ISI) program submitted July 14,1995 (Reference 1). Please update your program document with the attached information.
Amendment 4.1 of the Second Ten-Year Interval ISI program addresses minor editorial changes, adjusts the weld examination lists, incorporates NRC comments, revises Relief Requwt RI-06 (approved per Reference 2), and adds four new relief requests. The need for these relief requests was identified via the examinations performed during RFO-16, the last refueling outage in the second interval. Approval of the revision to RI-06, and the four new relief requests is requested by December 31,1996.
