letter dated February 22,1995 confirmed the installation date and requested that North Atlantic provide notification of completion. This letter provides the requested notification. The Rod Control System timing modification was implemented during Refueling Outage 4 and was declared operational on December 6,1995. This letter also documents North Atlantic's commitment to perform a Rod Control System current order verification surveillance each refueling outage as recommended by the l Westinghouse Owners Group.
