STEAM GENERATOR TUBE INSPECTION REPORT 4
-Planned inservice inspection of the Surry Unit 2 "C" steam generator was completed during the 1996 refueling outage. In accordance with Surry Power Station Technical Specifications, Section 4.19 F.a, this letter provides notification of the steam generator tubes that were plugged during the outage.
