Dear Mr. Johnson:
As per discussions with Mr.

In the referenced letter, the first sentence of the third paragraph reads, in part, "...there are several core flow indications available to the operator including the flow indicators and a flow recorder on control panel I-05...".
This should read, there are several core flow indications available to the operator including the flow indicators on control panal I-05, a. flow recorrier on control panel I-03,...".

Consistent with standing policies, PSC will apply progressive disciplinary actions for repeated errors, material false-statements, and failure to follow procedures.
PSC is striving -to achieve the highest standards of accuracy and completeness in all of our activities. The actions outlined in this q0 1etter are appropriate and consistent with this objective.
