Quay (NRC), SBWR - Updated Status of Test Documentation Submittals, MFN 125-95, July 24,1995 The attachment to this letter supplies the Proprietary PANTHERS-IC Test Report (SIET document No. 00458 RP 95, Rev. 0). This transmittal satisfies item number 59 of Reference 1.

This report was prepared for GE by SIET S.p.A. under contract to ENEA. As stated on the title page, the report has not yet been approved by the ENEA Responsible Test Engineer. However,in order to expedite the issue of this report,it has been reviewed and approved by the GE Project Engineer who has been authorized to act as Responsible Test Engineer.

Please note that this report contains information of the type which the General Electric Company (GE) and its associates maintain in confidence and withhold from public disclosure. The information has been handled and classified as proprietary to GE and its associates as indicated in the attached aflidavit. We hereby request that this information be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with the provisions of 10CFR2.790.
