Dear Mr. Schwencer:
This letter is to confirm actions taken to satisfy license condition 2.C(5) of the Limerick Unit 1 Operating License NPF-27.
License Condition 2.CCS) requires that prior to March 31, 1985, we are to either submit additional Information Justifying the calculated bounding drywell equipment qualification temperature profile used or we are to update all portions of the Equipment Qualification Report Record sheets to reflect the generic bounding temperature profile in NUREG-0588.
PECo has reviewed the environmental qualification of all electric equipment which is identified in Appendix B of the LGS Environmental Qualification Report (EQR) and which is located in primary containment against the NUREG-0588 temperature proflie. The results of this review conclude that the equipment is environmentally qualified to the NUREG-0588 generic profile. All environmental qualification flies for this equipment have been updated, including revision of the Equipment Qualification Review Record (EQRR), to reflect the use of the appropriate temperature proflie.
Based on the above actions, License Condition 2.C(5) has been satisfied.
