BG&E letter from A. E. Lundvall to 3. R. Miller, dated April 9,1984," Request for Amendment" Gentlemen:

The Baltimore Gas and Electric Company hereby withdraws two requests for amendments to its Operating License Nos. DPR-53 and DPR-69 for Calvert Cliffs Unit Nos.1 & 2, respectively, which were submitted to you as part of reference (a).

The requested changes have been superseded by the recent approval of our Radiological Effluent Technical Specifications (RETS) as announced in Federal Register Notice Volume 49 No. 252, pg 50799, dated December 31,1984.

Change No.1 (BG&E FCR 84-33) was administrative in nature and' involved minor title and responsibility changes for certain supervisors with the Baltimore Gas and Electric Company organization. A portion of this request not involving Environmental Technical Specifications was approved by License Amendment Nos. 96 and 77.

Change No. 4 (BG&E FCR 84-1028) would modify the reporting criteria for measured level of radioactivity in offsite environmental media.
