Dear Mr. Johnson:
Due to the extensive comments provided by plant personnel during the review and internhl approval of the proposed changes to the electrical technical specifications, the resubmittal of LC0 4.4.1, LC0 4.6.1, SR 5.4.1 and SR 5.6.1 will be delayed.
For similar reasons, the submittal of LC0 4.2.1 and 4.2.2 will also be delayed.
The approval of these specifications by the Plant Operations Review Committee and the Nuclear Facility Safety'Comittee is necessary, and it is anticipated this will require approximately two weeks.
Therefore, these submittals will take place by January 18, 1985.
