Dear Mr. Denton:
Enclosed for filing with the Commission is Amendment No. 78 to the License Application of Philadelphia Electric Corrpany ir the above captioned matter. This Amendment makes changes to the Final Saf>ty Analysis Report in the nature of editorial changes and updates and changes to reflect the Limerick design. Changes are also made to Chapter 17 to reflect the current quality assurance organization.
The filing consists of three originals and nineteen copies of Amendment No.' 78 to the License Application and 50 copies of Revision 42 to the Final Safety Analysis Report.
