Dear Administrative Judges:
On August 24, 1984, Suffolk County identified the persons whom the County sought to have designated as " authorized per-sons" according to Paragraph 1(b) of the Miller Board's August 17, 1984 Protective Order.
Among others, the County listed the two secretaries which the Board ruled on August 7, 1984 (Tr.
2954) could have access to safeguards information.
One of those secretaries, Ms. Diana Kraemer, has recently moved from the Washington area and is no longer employed with the Kirkpatrick
& Lockhart law firm.
Since it is necessary to have at least two secretaries authorized to have access to safeguards informa-tion on the County's behalf, we have had Judy Wilson, my secretary, execute an Affidavit of Non-Disclosure in the form provided by the Miller Board on August 16, 1984 (copy enclosed).
It is my opinion that Ms. Wilson will likely never need to see the Shoreham security plan.
Rather, her access to safeguards data will only be in the context of typing pleadings and testi-mony.
For the Board's information, the following information regarding Ms. Wilson and her access to safeguards information is provided.
It is my understanding that such information was required by the Miller Board's August 17 Protective Order.
