BUILETIN 84 REFUELING CAVITY WATER SEAL IE Bulletin 84-03 was issued following a failure of the refueling cavity water seal at a plant that was preparing for refueling activities. This bulletin requested an evaluation of the potential for and consequences of a refueling cavity water seal failure fran all the plants except Fort St.
Vrain.
'Ihe Supply System has initiated the evaluation process as requested by the bulletin and will be providing the NRC with the requested information.
Due to our current construction deferral status, the ccrtplete evaluation will not be provided at this time; howver, the Project will continue to track this bulletin as an open item and will provide you with a status report upon restart of constructicn.
