Dear Mr. Johnson:
I regret that we have been unable to assist you in the referenced matter in exploring the allegations of the lawsuit filed on behalf of Mr. Albert H. Teunissen against Ebasco Services, Inc., Ebasco Plant Services, Inc., Stone and Webster Engineering Corporation, and Lisa LeJeune.
Following your earlier telephone calls, we have attempted to contact Mr. Teunissen.
Despite several letters and efforts at telephone contact, we have not heard from Mr. Teunissen in a number of months.
A letter sent to Mr. Teunissen at the beginning of the year by certified mail informing him that we would have to withdraw as counsel in his lawsuit if he did not commu-nicate with us was returned to sender unclaimed.
Conse-quently, we have now withdrawn from representation of i.
Mr. Teunissen in this lawsuit and an order by the judge in the suit has been signed to that effect.
