Monthly Report for Unit One A.
Summary of Operating Experience for Unit One In this reporting period, February 1985, Byron Unit i achieved major milestones in the Start-up program.
On 2/02/85 the unit experienced initial criticality by dilution of the RCS.. On 2/07/85 criticality was reached by withdrawing control rods. 'The station received its Full Power License on 2/12/85 followed by the issuance of the Full Power Technical Specification on 2/15/85.
All low power physics testing was completed 2/19/85. The unit entered Mode 1 on 2/24/85 and continued testing in preparation for synchronization of the generator onto the grid.

0 INSTRUCTIONS On this form list the average daily unit power level in PWe-Net for each day in the' reporting month. Compute to the nearest whole megawatt. These figures will be used to plot a graph for each reporting month.
Note that when maximum dependable capacity is used for the' net electrical rating of the' unit there l~
may be occasions when the daily average power level exceeds the 100% line (or-the restricted power level line.) In such cases the average daily unit power output sheet should be footnoted to explain the apparent anomaly.
