Dear Mr. Denton:
Furnished herewith are six (6) copies of Revision 7 to the Wolf Creek Physical Security Plan, the Safeguards Contingency Plan and the Training and Qualifications Plan. Revision 7 includes miscellaneous clarifications and/or updates and changes discussed with Mr. Bob Skelton of the Office of Nuclear Material and Safe-guards, Mr. James Kelly, Region IV, and Mr. Ron Caldwell, Region IV. provides reasons for these changes.
The attached plans contain Safeguards Information in accordance with 10CFR73.21 and therefore should be withheld from public disclosure. This letter and Attachment 1, when separated from the attached plans, do not contain Safeguards Information and should be handled as decontrolled.
