Dear Mr. Martin:
As was discussed during our telephone conversation of Wednesday, March 13, 1985, Nebraska Public Power District is evaluating actions taken as a result of the LRS Consultants Audit of 1983.
We have had Mr. Charles Rice of LRS here March 10 and 11, and have begun this evaluation.
Mr. Rice, and possibly some of his associates, will be back next week to complete the evaluation.
We will provide written responses to you soon thereafter.
