On April 10,1996, GPU Nuclear submitted Technical Specification Change Request (TSCR)
No. 243 regarding 24 month surveillance interval extensions. Due to an administmtive error, the pages which were originally transmitted on April 10th were from an earlier version of the TSCR package. This letter transmits the correct version of the changes requested as intended, which were reviewed and approved by technical and plant management, as well as being re-verified by Regulatory Affairs. We regret that this oversight occurred, please substitute the enclosed revised pages in place of those Technical Specification pages previously submitted.
