Counsel for Applicant estimates that an extension to March 25, 1985 is now needed in order to develop a response to Intervenors' motion and have it reviewed by the Applicant before filing. Counsel for the other parties have been contacted concerning this extension and have no objection to it. Therefore, in accordance with Mr. Gallo's conversation with your office, our understanding is that Applicant's filing date will be extended to March 25, 1985 and the Staff's filing date will be extended to April 1, 1985.
