This is to confirm the agreement reached during the telephone conference call of Thursday, January 3, 1985, between you and Richard Fryling of PSE&G and me concerning the fee to be charged by PSEr.G for the photocopying of documents rcquested through 61scovery by the Public Advocate.
In response to our request, you agreed to reduce this fee from the $1 per page originnily established by Troy Conner, Esq., to 100 per page.
