REFERENCE:
Letter from Mr. R. E. Denton (BGE) to NRC Document Control Desk, dated March 31,1995, Intention to Convert to the Improved Technical Specifications In the referenced letter, Baltimore Gas and Electric stated our intention to convert the Calvert Cliffs Technical Specifications to the Improved Technical Specifications (ITS) format similar to that given in NUREG-1432, Standard Technical Specifications - Combustion Engineering Plants. We stated that we anticipated submission of the license amendment in May 1996.
Baltimore Gas and Electric Company is actively developing our ITS conversion license amendment. We currently anticipate submittal of that amendment in October 1996. We plan to implement the approved ITS, following review and approval by the NRC, in the summer of 1997.
