- 1985, I finished CCANP's Motion for Reconsideration sent to the Atomic Safety and Licensing Appeal Board on the following day.
On Friday, March 8 I began working on our further-response to the Staff's affidavit, the issues to be hear d in Phase II, and the Applicants' filina updating the information in the Staff's affidavit.
The evening of Friday, March 8, I became 111 and unable to work any further on the Phase II question. Mr. Goldstein had left town ior a week and was unavailable to take over this task.
I returned to Washinaton on Sunday, March-10.
On Monday, March 11, I made an attempt to comp,lete the wor k, 6ut was still too ill l
to do so.
Whatever thi s particular bug, I am feeling only sliohtly better today.
CCANP will not have any further filing on the matter of the_ Staff affidavit or r el ated subjects.
